Low cost medical services for those without insurance
Hope Healthcare Services provides access to primary care medical services for those without insurance or health plans. In addition to primary care medicine, we also offer specialty care services at our community health center. These services are determined by the specialty and talents of willing, volunteer professionals.
Our primary care services include, but are not limited to:
General Physical Exams
Acute and Chronic Diagnostics
Chronic Disease Management
Diabetic Counseling
OUR CURRENT SPECIALTY SERVICES INCLUDE
Gynecology
Pediatrics
Physical Therapy
Neurology
We offer limited medical procedures at or through the clinic. These include:
EKGs
Minor incisions/drainage
Referrals for Sleep studies
PAP smears
Mammography referrals
Please note, we do NOT currently provide chronic pain management, trauma care (like x-rays, casting, orthopedics), emergency medicine, disability evaluations, vision care, or surgical services. We can help you find other health clinics for these services if needed. We often work alongside specialists in our community to find specialty care for our patients. For example, we work closely with the professionals at both Hendricks Regional Health and IU Health.
Our referral Services
In addition to our primary care services, we also help our patients find discounted and low-cost referral care for certain medical services that cannot be provided on-site.
In our patient service center at our clinic, we find low prices on blood tests, prescription medications and radiology imaging services for our patients. We also work alongside the community to find lab locations that are nearby and pharmacies that are participating in discount programs by providing discount cards, drug discounts, and assistance programs.

Please note, we do NOT provide these services in our clinic but we work with pharmaceutical companies, lab testing centers, and patient assistance programs to help provide these services in a way that is affordable for our patients. We can help you find other health clinics for these services like blood work, discounted prescriptions, and more- if needed. We often work alongside specialists in our community to find specialty care for our patients. For example, we work closely with the professionals at both Hendricks Regional Health and IU Health.
