We are open: Mondays from 9am-5pm, Tuesdays from 11am-5pm, Thursdays from 8am-4pm, and Fridays from 8am-3pm. We are closed Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Other days and times are available by appointment for both medical and dental visits. Hours may vary based on volunteer availability.

No, our criteria for being a dental patient is to be without medical and dental insurance.

No, there are no geographic residency restrictions.

If you are an established patient, you may get medication refills by requesting via phone or in person. Understand that refills may not be granted in the following circumstances:
If you have not been seen by a medical provider at the clinic in the previous 6 months
If you are requesting a drug or dosage that we have not prescribed before
If you are requesting a substance we no longer prescribe
You are found or suspected to be abusing any medication we prescribe
You are no longer a patient here

Please call us to reschedule or cancel. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail. Please provide 24 hours notice for medical appointments and 48 hours notice for dental appointments to avoid any cancelation fees.

Please let us know your circumstances. Missing an appointment can prevent another patient from receiving care. A non-refundable $20 no show fee will be assigned to your account. This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling any future appointments. If you miss two consecutive appointments, you will be suspended from receiving services for 365 days.

Payment is expected at the time of service. If you unable to pay the modest fees, please contact our office to discuss all options for your care.

Primary care appointments cost $30 per visit. Specialty appointments cost $10 per visit. Labs, imaging, and pap smears are an additional cost. School physicals are $20. We do not perform vaccinations.
