What is Hope@Work?

Hope@Work is a workplace benefit for businesses that want a practical way to support employee well-being and stability. Through Hope Healthcare Services, employees (and eligible family members) without traditional health insurance can receive affordable, compassionate care and supportive programs.

*Important: Hope@Work is not an insurance plan. It helps fill gaps when coverage isn’t available or affordable, and it can complement other options (like medical sharing plans).

  •  (visit cost: starting at $30 per visit, paid when scheduling) ¹
    Primary care and sick visits; chronic condition support; preventive care; access to low-cost prescriptions, labs, and radiology; and help connecting to referrals/some specialties when needed.


  •  (visit cost: starting at $60 per visit, paid when scheduling)¹
    Cleanings, preventive care, fillings, extractions, crowns, restorative services, and discounted referrals for root canals and oral surgery.

  • (visit cost: $30 per visit, paid at the time of visit)¹
    Individual, couples, and family counseling; trauma-informed support; faith-integrated counseling options when requested.

    Access to Indiana Healthy Families Alliance (IHFA) navigators for Medicaid/Medicare/Marketplace exploration, plus resources on non-traditional coverage alternatives (such as medical sharing plans).

    Encouragement and support from Hope’s in-house clergy and prayer team.

  •  (as available / optional / no cost)1
    Nutrition and wellness education, financial education resources, and connections to workforce/community supports.

Who can use Hope@Work?

Hope@Work is designed for employees (and eligible family members) who:

  • Do not have health insurance of any kind (including private or employer-sponsored plans, Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace coverage, VA coverage, or other government-funded coverage)

(Your employer can confirm eligibility guidelines for your workplace.)

How it works

  • Your employer partners with Hope through the Hope@Work benefit program.

  • You schedule care directly with Hope and pay a nominal visit fee (no insurance claims paperwork). It is that simple!
