Better Care, Better Connection: Introducing Healow at Hope Healthcare Services

We are excited to share an important step forward at Hope Healthcare Services.

As part of our transition to a new electronic health records system, we are preparing to launch our new patient portal, Healow, with initial access expected by the end of this month. This will be a phased rollout, and we will continue expanding features and services available through the platform over time. A mobile app will also be available soon, making it even easier for patients to stay connected to their care.

Some of you may have already noticed updates in how we communicate—such as new electronic messages and appointment reminders. These changes are part of our effort to improve efficiency and better serve our patients.

In the very near future, you will also begin to see patient intake forms move to an electronic format, making the process more convenient and streamlined.

Together, our new health records system, the Healow patient portal, and electronic intake forms are all designed to strengthen how we care for our patients—improving communication, increasing efficiency, and supporting more comprehensive, coordinated care.
