This month, we pause to honor the brave men and women who have served our country with courage and sacrifice. Veterans Day is a meaningful reminder that the freedoms we enjoy were secured by individuals who answered the call to protect, defend, and serve. To every veteran: Thank you! Your service matters, your story matters, and you are valued. We honor you this month and every month. |

As we enter this season of Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on the many ways our community shows compassion, generosity, and care—not just during the holidays, but throughout the entire year. At Hope, we see this spirit every day in the lives of our patients, volunteers, donors, and partners. |
| |
|
Many of our neighbors work hard but still carry the weight of being uninsured. They face difficult choices—postponing care, living with pain, or feeling unsure of where to turn. This Thanksgiving, I’m reminded how powerful it is when a community steps forward to say, “You’re not alone.”
Because of you, individuals and families who might otherwise go without care find a place where they are welcomed with dignity, compassion, and respect. You help ensure that medical, dental, and mental health support is within reach, and that the people we serve know they matter.
As we gather with friends and family this month, I hope we each take a moment to remember those who are struggling—and to be grateful for the ways we can make a difference together. Thank you for your prayers, your giving, and your heart for serving others. Wishing you and your loved ones a warm and blessed Thanksgiving! Cliff Sweazey / Executive Director |

As Giving Tuesday approaches, we know you’ll hear from many wonderful organizations doing meaningful work in our community. It’s a beautiful reminder of how much good is happening all around us—and how generous our neighbors are.
At Hope Healthcare Services, we are grateful to be one of the many causes you care about. This year, we simply ask that when you’re considering where to give, you keep Hope in mind. Your support helps uninsured individuals receive compassionate medical, dental, and mental health care—care that treats the whole person with dignity and respect.
Every gift, no matter the size, makes a real difference for our patients and our community. Thank you for being part of the hope, help, and healing we are able to provide. If you feel led to support Hope this Giving Tuesday, you can give at: Giving Tuesday |

Managing diabetes can feel overwhelming, especially for individuals without insurance who struggle to afford consistent monitoring and follow-up visits. At Hope Healthcare Services, we are seeing incredible results from one simple, life-changing tool: Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs). |
|
|
CGMs give our patients real-time information about their blood sugar levels—helping them understand how food, stress, movement, and medication affect their bodies throughout the day. With this insight, patients are empowered to make healthier choices, avoid dangerous highs and lows, and stay on track with their treatment plans.
The impact has been remarkable. Patients who once felt discouraged or uncertain are now gaining confidence, improving their A1C levels, and building long-term habits that support whole-person health. We’ve watched individuals reclaim control of their health—reducing complications, avoiding emergency visits, and experiencing renewed hope for their future.
This is the heart of our work: treating the mind, body, and spirit with dignity and compassion, and making high-quality chronic care accessible for every person who needs it. If you or someone you know is struggling with chronic care management, diabetes control, or access to monitoring tools, please contact Hope Healthcare Services. We are here to help—because no one should have to face their health journey alone. To schedule an appointment or learn more, call 317-272-0708 |

Heavenly Father,
As we enter this season of Thanksgiving, we pause to reflect on Your goodness and the many ways You provide for our community. We thank You for every life touched through Hope Healthcare Services—for the patients who walk through our doors seeking healing, for the volunteers and providers who give so generously, and for the supporters whose prayers and gifts make this ministry possible.
Lord, we lift up our neighbors who are facing this holiday season with uncertainty, illness, or financial hardship. May they experience Your comfort, peace, and provision. Guide us as we continue to serve them with compassion, dignity, and love.
We ask Your blessing over our staff, our partners, and our Faith Community Partners. Strengthen us to be Your hands and feet, especially during this season when gratitude and giving remind us of the hope we have in You. As families gather around their tables this Thanksgiving, may gratitude fill their hearts—and may those who feel alone or without support be reminded that You are near, and that Hope is available.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. |
| Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 (NIV) |
