About Us:

Hope Healthcare Services is a faith-based medical and dental clinic dedicated to providing hope, help, and healing to uninsured individuals. We offer primary and specialty care, mental health services, and dental care to patients who otherwise lack access to healthcare.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and mission-driven NP, PA, or MD to provide high-quality healthcare to our uninsured patient population. The provider will work at least one day per week, with the opportunity for additional PRN (as-needed) shifts. This role is ideal for a provider looking to serve a meaningful cause while maintaining flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions.

  • Develop and implement care plans, including medication management and preventive care.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including volunteer providers, nurses, and support staff.

  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

  • Assist with referrals for imaging, specialty care, and prescription assistance as needed.

  • Support the mission of Hope Healthcare Services by delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

  • NP, PA, or MD with an active and unrestricted Indiana license.

  • Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred.

  • A heart for serving uninsured and underserved populations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

  • Willingness to support the faith-based mission of Hope Healthcare Services.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Minimum Commitment: 1 day per week (flexible scheduling).

  • Additional PRN opportunities available based on clinic needs.
