Hard Working, Hard Issue: First Responders & Construction Workers

In professions where strength, toughness, and getting the job done are part of the culture, asking for help can be difficult. Stress, trauma, physical demands, long hours, and the pressure to keep going can take a toll, sometimes without the people around us realizing how much someone is struggling.

This free, one-hour workshop is designed for first responders, construction workers, supervisors, coworkers, family members, and anyone who cares about someone working in these fields.

You’ll learn how to recognize signs that someone may be struggling, how to start a conversation about suicide, and what to do when someone needs help.

You work hard to look out for each other on the job. Come learn how to look out for each other beyond it.
