Immunization Clinic
A community immunization clinic will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds – Expo Hall.
This is a great opportunity for individuals and families to get up to date on recommended vaccinations in a convenient community setting.
To help with planning and vaccine availability, families are encouraged to pre-register at https://patients.vaxcare.com/registration using enrollment code IN65942. After entering the code, select Hendricks Co Fairgrounds - 5/6/26.
If you have trouble using the registration link, please try a different browser. Chrome seems to work best.
Paper registration forms are also available in English and Spanish. Please note that completed paper forms must be sent to the Indiana Immunization Coalition at least 48 hours before the clinic.
Please share this opportunity with patients, families, and others who may benefit.
