Gratitude Report - 2025

At Hope Healthcare Services, 2025 was a year of meaningful growth, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve more individuals and families in our community. As the need for affordable healthcare continues to rise, we saw significant growth across our services in 2025—evidence of both the increasing demand for care and God’s continued provision through the support of our community.

In 2025, Hope provided 1,739 total patient visits, representing a 13% increase over the previous year. We also welcomed 430 new patients, reflecting the growing number of people turning to Hope for affordable medical, dental, and counseling care. Most notably, we saw a nearly 29% increase in medical visits, growing from 1,090 in 2024 to 1,404 in 2025. This overall growth also included 158 counseling visits and 177 dental patients served. These numbers are encouraging not simply because they are higher, but because each number represents a person, a story, and a need met with compassion and care.

This growth was made possible through the faithful support of many people and partners. In 2025, grant investment helped launch and expand key programs, while day-to-day ministry continued to be sustained by a strong base of support from individuals, businesses, churches, hospital partners, and patients themselves.

We are also deeply thankful for the volunteers who make this work possible. In 2025, Hope benefited from more than 3,000 volunteer hours from medical and dental providers, administrative support staff, and community outreach volunteers. Their generosity of time and talent continues to strengthen our ability to provide hope, help, and healing to those without insurance.

As we look back on 2025, we are excited by the growth we experienced—not just because of the numbers, but because of what they represent. More people were served. More needs were met. More lives were touched. We are grateful for everyone who helped make that possible and excited for what lies ahead as we continue growing to meet the needs of our community.
