Hope Healthcare Services Welcomes Mercy Base Church as a Faith Partner Supporting Neighbors Without Insurance

New partnership strengthens access to affordable, holistic care for working individuals and families.

HENDRICKS COUNTY, IN — February 5, 2026 — Hope Healthcare Services is grateful to announce Mercy Base Church as a new Faith Partner, recognizing the church’s commitment to stand with Hope in serving neighbors without insurance and strengthening health and stability for individuals and families.

“Faith Partners are churches that have decided to invest directly in this mission,” said Cliff Sweazey, Executive Director of Hope Healthcare Services. “While partnership opportunities certainly include financial support through a donation or ongoing giving, we believe the strongest partnerships are mutually beneficial. This can include hosting a Hope representative to share the mission during a service or ministry gathering, providing informational materials for your congregation, partnering in community events, and exploring ways Hope can serve your church family—including support and care options for pastors and church staff. Because of support from organizations like Mercy Base Church, Hope can continue to serve God and serve His people—providing care to those who need it most.”

Mercy Base Church chose to partner with Hope because they regularly encounter individuals and families who are uninsured due to the rising cost of coverage, along with small business owners who face prohibitively high premiums. The church also shared that Hope’s relational and compassionate approach—offering care without judgment—has made Hope a vital resource in the community. Mercy Base - 020526

“Through our ministry, we see the real challenges neighbors face when the cost of insurance exceeds monthly budgets,” said Rev. Rob Hovermale, Lead Pastor of Mercy Base Church. “We’ve also witnessed the impact Hope Healthcare Services is making—from the CEO to the volunteers—providing compassionate care and assistance without judgment. We’re honored to partner with Hope and grateful to play a small role in serving and caring for our community.” Mercy Base - 020526

Hope Healthcare Services provides affordable, holistic care for people without insurance—without geographic boundaries, financial restrictions, or income limitations. Many individuals and families face financial strain—often working hard but still unable to afford coverage, high deductibles, or the cost of basic care. This partnership helps ensure more neighbors can receive timely care, avoid worsening health conditions, and experience dignity, compassion, and support.
