When You Give, Hope Grows - Our Spring Appeal
She didn’t expect to be here.
After being laid off, she lost her health coverage and wasn’t yet eligible for Medicare. For years, she had been caring for her elderly parents, putting her own needs aside. Her health had quietly taken a back seat.
Then came the pain in her shoulder. Then came the lump.
She knew something wasn’t right, but without insurance, she didn’t know where to turn. Fear set in. Questions followed.
Then she called Hope.
Someone answered. Someone listened.
Our team took time to hear her story, offering encouragement and even praying with her. Before any test or diagnosis, she was reminded that she mattered.
Hope connected her to care, coordinated testing, and walked with her through what came next.
When the diagnosis came, metastatic breast cancer, she wasn’t alone.
Hope connected her to programs and resources she never knew existed. What began as a call for help became a pathway to support far beyond the clinic.
She now has something she didn’t have before: Hope.
Stories like hers are why Hope Healthcare Services exists and why support from our community matters more than many may realize.
Because of generosity from people who believe in this mission, someone can pick up the phone and find a person on the other end who listens, who prays, and who stays. That is the work made possible every single day.
In 2025, Hope provided over 1,700 visits to individuals without insurance, more than ever before. In 2026, the need continues to rise. We are expanding by adding clinic days, growing our provider network, and increasing access to care.
But we cannot do this alone.
Will you make a gift today to help someone receive the care they need?
A gift of $50 helps cover a patient visit, while $1,000 provides a full day of care for multiple patients. If you prefer to give monthly, $30 helps offset a counseling session each month, and $100 helps provide access to a dental visit for a patient who has gone too long without care.
Every gift matters. Every gift changes a life.
You can give today by visiting MyHopeHealth.org/donate.
Right now, someone is waiting, putting off care and hoping things don’t get worse.
Because of you, they do not have to wait alone.
Because of your generosity, individuals without insurance have a place to turn.
We would love to show you the impact of your generosity. To schedule a visit or learn more, contact Cliff Sweazey at 317-695-1440 or ces@myhopehealth.org
Thank you for bringing hope, help, and healing to those who need it most.
