Free Skills Training Through Ivy Tech’s Next Level Jobs Program

Hope Healthcare Services is excited to partner with Ivy Tech Community College to help promote Ivy Tech’s Next Level Jobs program.

At Hope, we believe caring for people means caring for the whole person. Yes, we provide affordable medical, dental, and mental health care for individuals without insurance, but we also know that a person’s overall well-being is connected to so much more. Stable employment, access to education, career opportunities, financial wellness, emotional support, spiritual care, and community connection all play a part in helping individuals and families move forward.

That is why partnerships like this matter.

Ivy Tech’s Next Level Jobs program gives eligible Indiana residents the opportunity to earn a free credential through the Workforce Ready Grant. The program is designed to help people take the next step toward high-demand, higher-paying careers in Indiana. For those who qualify, tuition and mandatory fees are covered. Eligible students must be Indiana residents, qualify for state financial aid, file a FAFSA, and have a high school diploma or equivalent but less than a college degree.

Next Level Jobs includes training opportunities in areas such as advanced manufacturing, building and construction, health sciences, information technology, business, transportation, and logistics. A few programs that may be especially appealing include:

Medical Assisting, Dental Assisting, Pharmacy Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, and Medical Coding in Health Sciences

HVAC, Welding Technology, Electrical Specialist, and Carpentry Specialist in Building and Construction

Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Software Development, Business Administration, and Supply Chain Management in Information Technology and Business

And many more.

This is exactly the kind of community resource Hope wants to help bring to the people we serve. When someone is trying to get healthier, care for their family, find stability, or take the next step in life, access to education and career training can make a lasting difference.

We are truly grateful for Ivy Tech Community College and the incredible community impact they continue to make. They are the kind of community partner who helps strengthen individuals, families, and our entire community.

At Hope, we often talk about hope, help, and healing. Sometimes that help looks like a doctor visit, dental care, counseling, prayer, food resources, financial education, or a referral to a trusted community partner. And sometimes it looks like connecting someone to an opportunity that could open the door to a new career and a more stable future.

This is a perfect partnership for Hope, and we are excited to help share this opportunity with our community.
