| Amanda came to Hope while facing a challenge many uninsured patients experience: difficulty affording blood pressure and diabetic medication.
For patients managing chronic conditions, access to care is more than a convenience. It can bring peace of mind, stability, and relief from the constant worry of trying to stay healthy without insurance. Her story reminds us why Hope exists. When someone knows they have a place to turn for affordable, compassionate care, a burden begins to lift. |

Are Your "Worry Days" a Sign of Anxiety?
"Worry days" are normal for everyone. There may be days where you have trouble relaxing or setting your mind at ease about situations in the past, present, or future. Or there may be days you have a gut feeling that something bad is going to happen. It's okay to experience anxiety like this occasionally. If you find that these worry days are happening more often and are disrupting your day-to-day-life, or your relationships with others, then you may be experiencing symptoms of a clinical anxiety problem.

Expanding Women’s Health at Hope |
|
|
| | Hope is actively expanding women’s health services for patients without insurance. We are bringing on additional providers specifically focused on women’s health so we can increase access to affordable, compassionate care.
This growing area of care will include wellness exams, preventive screenings, women’s health education, and support in navigating next steps for services such as mammograms and follow-up care when needed. |
|
|
|
For many women without insurance, routine care is often delayed until a concern becomes more serious. By expanding women’s health at Hope, we are helping remove barriers and making it easier for women to care for their health with dignity, confidence, and peace of mind. We are grateful for the providers and partners helping us grow this important part of Hope’s mission of bringing hope, help, and healing to our community. |

Recently, we have had the opportunity to visit two of our local Faith Partners and share with their congregations about the difference they are making through Hope.
These visits were a powerful reminder that churches play a meaningful role in sustaining a local mission field right here at home. Through their prayers, generosity, encouragement, and partnership, Faith Partners help make compassionate care available to neighbors without insurance. Their support also reminds us that the Church’s call has not changed: love God and love your neighbor. |

In May, we had the opportunity to visit White Lick Presbyterian Church and share Hope’s mission with their congregation. I was truly moved by their response. It was clear this church has a deep passion for serving their community and caring for their neighbors.
What made the morning even more meaningful was hearing members of the congregation share their own personal experiences with Hope. It was a beautiful reminder that this mission is not just about services or programs. It is about real people, real stories, and the way God uses His people to care for one another. |

In June, May, we had the opportunity to visit Kingsway Christian Church featured Hope as their Mission Partner of the Month. We are so grateful for the opportunity they gave us to share Hope’s mission with their church family.
Hope was highlighted from the platform during both services, and afterward we had the privilege of connecting with many people in the lobby. Those conversations were encouraging and meaningful, giving us the chance to answer questions, share stories, and talk about the needs of uninsured neighbors right here in our community. |

If your church is already a Faith Partner and would like us to come share with your congregation, we would be honored to visit and provide an update on the impact your support is making. If your church is not yet a Faith Partner, we would love to start a conversation. If local outreach, community impact, or serving your neighbors is part of your mission, Hope may be a meaningful way to live that out together.

Freedom, Faith, and the Blessing of Hope |

A Letter from the Director |
|
|
|
As we celebrate the Fourth of July this year, we also mark a remarkable milestone in our nation’s history: 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
It is a season that invites us to pause and give thanks. We are blessed to live in a country where freedom is not just a word, but a gift we have received, a responsibility we carry, and a blessing we should never take for granted. Freedom allows us to worship, to serve, to give, to care for our neighbors, and to live out our faith in ways that bring hope and healing to others.

Heavenly Father,
As we celebrate our nation’s 250th birthday, we thank You for Your faithfulness through every generation. We are grateful for the freedoms we enjoy and for the opportunity to live out our faith by loving and serving others. Lord, give wisdom to our leaders, peace to our communities, and humility to each of us. |

Where there is division, help us listen with grace. Where there is fear, bring reassurance. Where there is suffering, move Your people to respond with compassion.
We lift up every patient, volunteer, provider, staff member, donor, Faith Partner, and Community Partner connected to Hope Healthcare Services. Strengthen those carrying heavy burdens, guide those facing difficult decisions, and remind those who feel alone that they are seen, valued, and loved.
Help us use the blessings we have received for the good of others. May our words bring encouragement, our actions reflect kindness, and our service point people toward You. Continue to guide Hope as we care for the individuals and families who walk through our doors and those we encounter throughout our community. Give us wisdom for every decision, strength for the work ahead, and hearts that remain faithful to Your call. In Jesus’ name, Amen. |
